What do you see when you are a toddler? This blog was started as a way to document what our 15 month old daughter sees as she walks around. It's very curious how someone so short sees the world that we bustle through in a few seconds.
Lucy is obsessed (*obsessed*) with the swings these days. But if you look at what she sees, it looks more like a torture device than a fun experience....
Up. Up. I want to get up. It doesn’t look like much from here. But I know what it can do. I know how fun it is when I’m in it. Hurry. Get me up there. I don’t want to be down here when I can be up there. It’s not very pretty looking, really. Some might say it’s even scary looking. But it doesn’t matter what it looks like. The important thing is what it can do. What I can do when I’m in it. How I feel. How I be. Alive.
Up.
